Delivery:
At present we only deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. However, if you are enquiring from overseas please email us and we will try to accommodate your order.
Postage Cost:
All our orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, and we aim to despatch within 10 working days from receipt of payment. We reserve the right to extend these dispatch times to 15 working days in exceptionally busy periods or if an item is made to order.
Payments:
For your protection and ours we use 'Paypal' to handle all payment transactions on our behalf. Your payment information and address will be collected by Paypal and used for the purposes of the transaction. Paypal terms and conditions will apply to the transaction.
Products:
Our products are subject to change dependant on availlabitlity of goods and materials from our stockists.
Please note that computer monitors vary widely and colours can look very different from one screen to another. The actual colours of our products could look slightly different from those you see on screen. Please take this into account when ordering.
Returns:
Chandler's Country Gifts are happy to refund item(s) if they are found to be:
- faulty
- damaged
- incorrect goods
Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your goods if you are unhappy.
Items must be returned within 7 working days from receipt, and we will refund the full purchase price and delivery costs.
Please note that you are fully responsible for the costs of returning items to us unless the item is damaged.
For your protection we recommend using a recorded-delivery service for all returns.
Returned goods lost in transit cannot be refunded by Chandler's Country Gifts. Claims should be made through Royal Mail.
